We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at team@jewelsummer.com so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate this process, please email team@jewelsummer.com.
