Shipping policy
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
We currently ship within the U.S. and to select international locations. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.
Please note:
- We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
- Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or sales.
- Jewel Summer is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
